Welcome to Deadpan Threads. By placing an order or using this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

 

About our products. Everything we sell is made to order and printed on demand by our print partner after you place your order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed result, and each item may vary a little because it is produced individually.

 

Orders and pricing. All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any order affected by an obvious error, even after it is placed; if we do, we refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

 

Shipping and delivery. Items are produced and then shipped, so total delivery time is production time plus transit time. Estimated times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

 

Returns and refunds. Because every item is made to order, returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site are owned by Deadpan Threads and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose.

 

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deadpan Threads is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

 

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
